**************Sin City review************** (no spoilers)

First let me tell you that I never read Sin City. I was excited to see this movie because it looked dark and great and because I'm a Robert Rodriguez fan.

It is mainly 3 stories with a 4th one just to tie the knot at the end.

The Marv story is cool. It is violent to the extend that you end up laughing. The acting in this part is ok, but probably the weakest of the 3 acting wise.

Second part (The big fat kill) is probably the least interesting storywise but the acting is good. Especially from Clive Owen and Rosario Dawson and Benicio Del Torro totally rocks.

Then That yellow bastard is great storywise, acting wise and the violence and one liners are great. It is by far the best of the 3 parts.

As a whole, the movie looks awesome and the style totally rocks but it's not a perfect movie. More like a great popcorn movie with a great looking style.

And enjoyable movie that I might see again and will surely buy on DVD.

This movie freaking sucked ass bigtime. WTF was all the bullshit hype about surrounding it? I'll be returning the figures I bought tomorrow for a full refund. [img]mad.gif[/img]

I still think that's pretty much the kind of reaction it will get.

There won't be a centered opinion of everybody thinking it was a good film, not great not bad just good.

Sin City will bring passions from both sides

I LOVED it, I actually almost felt sick to my stomach at one point, but it might've been the popcorn, but, like my other post stated, goddamn I loved it [img]tongue.gif[/img] Im bound to see it again, and can't wait for the DVD!
